When will I receive my photos?

All of our photographic services (excluding Standard video) have a 1 business day turnaround time. If your photos were taken on a Friday or Saturday, you will receive them on Monday guaranteed. Standard Video can take up to 3 business days.

How many photos will I get?

Depending on the size of the property, you can expect somewhere between 25-50 (the maximum allowed by Matrix). Smaller properties (apartment, townhome) will more than likely be at or under 40.

How long will the photoshoot take?

A regular Photography Session, Standard Video, and 3D 0-1500 lasts 1 hour. Aerial, Dusk, Limited Session, and Limited Video are 30 minute appointments. 3D Tour 1600-3000 is 2.5 hours, 3D Tour 3100-4500 is 3 hours, 3D Tour 4600-5000 is 3.5 hours, and 3D Tour 5100-7000 is 4 hours long. For 3D tours larger than 7000 sqft contact the office.

Do you have Supra access?

Yes, but we need a 7 digit Call Before Showing code (not the same as your 4 digit access code) in order to unlock the Supra box. You can obtain the 7 digit CBS code by calling HAR member services  (713-629-1900) and providing them the Supra serial number. Or follow these instructions on how to obtain the code through your E-Key App. 

Can the photographer re-arrange furniture to make the house look better?

No. For the safety of our photographers they must photograph the property as is. If the property is not ready at the time of the appointment, rescheduling may be necessary. Refer to our cancellation policy for more information. Additionally, you may review our Home Prep Checklist to ensure a smooth process.

Can you upload my photos?

Yes. If the listing is active, we can upload them with the MLS number. If the listing is inactive or incomplete, we will need your username and password to upload the photos.

Which areas do you service?

We service Standard Session within the area highlighted in Green. Limited Session is serviced within the Beltway-8 Loop (Red area). Please contact us for appointments outside these service areas. Click here to view service areas map.

Do I own the photos?

Can you edit the photos same day? I have a tight deadline!

No. Because we guarantee next business day delivery we have to edit photos in the order that they are taken. Our photographers only have one hour to get from appointment to appointment, so they do not have time to upload in between.   

Can you photoshop furniture out of a room?

Our editors are magicians, but there are limitations to what they can do. Depending on the angle of the room, it may be possible to remove a piece of furniture. In certain cases, a virtual staging order will need to be made.  

Why can't I order my virtual staging at the same time as my photos? 

The way the virtual staging ordering system works is you must upload the photos you want staged. Therefore, you must wait until you receive your edited photos in order to have them staged. 

What are your office hours and where are you located?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. We are located at WeWork in the Galleria Office Tower I.
