All schedule requests require full payment at the time of booking. Please select the type of service, day, and time you would like us to perform the job. You may cancel, reschedule, or modify your appointment by navigating back to the webpage and logging in.

 If you would like to cancel your appointment within 12 hours of the shoot, you must contact the office to manually cancel your appointment. 

Please note, cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment will not be refunded.

RESERVATION POLICY:

RESCHEDULE POLICY:

• You may reschedule any time prior to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.  

Your payment will follow your new booking date, and you will NOT be charged any additional fees.

 

Within 12 Hours of Appointment

 • If you are trying to reschedule your appointment within 12 hours, you will NOT be refunded, and you will have to pay a fee to reschedule.

• If our photographer arrives at the property and is unable to complete the services for any reason unrelated to our company, there will be NO refunds given.

RAINOUT POLICY:

 • You must wait until 1 hour before the appointment to reschedule or cancel.

 • To avoid any fees you may choose to reschedule your appointment, or have the interior photographed at the time of the scheduled appointment.

 • To reshoot exterior will be an additional fee.

RESHOOT POLICY:

 • You must communicate to the photographer any specific photos you want. If you fail to do so, we will charge a fee to retake said photos.

 • If a property has been remodeled, or furniture has been rearranged we will charge a fee to reshoot the property.
